Christian has a diverse background in social work, rehabilitation, and project management. He has worked with leading UK charities like St Giles Trust, YMCA, Mencap, and Catch 22, and contributed to Interserve’s Transforming Rehabilitation agenda. With frontline experience and business acumen, he holds a Business Management degree and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Leeds, aiming for a PhD in Criminology and Social Work. A top mentor, he has guided over 200 high-risk young offenders, specializing in gang-related rehabilitation and desistance programs, including six years at West Yorkshire Probation.
Christian is a dedicated family man, inspired by three generations of his family with extensive experience in the health and social care sector. With a 13-year career across various sectors, his passion has always been working with young people who have faced adversity. As the director of two companies, he supports at-risk youth in London, focusing on gang and knife crime prevention, and provides supported housing for young people leaving care in Doncaster.
Christian has become a specialist in gang prevention, successfully diverting hundreds of young people away from gangs and knife crime. His expertise and achievements are widely recognized, leading to invitations to meet Prince William and advise the Government on crime-related issues. He has also featured on media platforms such as BBC Breakfast and Radio 5 Live to discuss challenges facing young people.
Throughout his career, Christian has supported young people from diverse backgrounds on their journey to personal independence, finding great satisfaction in seeing them thrive. His own lived experiences and childhood challenges motivate him to help others overcome adversity and succeed.

Growing up in Mitcham, Merton, I was drawn into gang involvement and serious crime, which impacted my family and led to police attention. A mentor’s guidance and opportunities, like NVQ courses, helped me turn my life around, leading to employment and personal growth.
Inspired by this support, I joined UNIQUE TALENT to give back to my community, mentoring young people and providing guidance to help them build better futures. Passionate about gang intervention and prevention, I use my experiences to educate youth, parents, and professionals on the dangers of gang life, aiming to steer young people toward positive paths.

Studied film and broadcasting whilst growing up in a difficult neighborhood in South London. Previously established Spirit Warrior Ltd where I worked with Olympic athletes and a range of sports champions publishing articles, books and videos. Joined Unique Talent formerly in 2019 and runs a department that creates productions, employs young people and teaches employment skills.

Russelle also specializes in assessing needs and developing tailored solutions, while excelling as an HR lead by selecting candidates who align with organizational goals.
